Let's face it, if change was easy everyone would be excelling. There is nothing like a coach to assist you in moving through the discomfort and uncertainty that is a part of all transformations. With a coach, you can discover your priorities and make them realities. You get the insight and support you need--and you have fun doing it. Coaching is a custom-designed program for each person. Some people call coaching "personal training for your soul", because it includes the action and discipline aspects of coaching along with the spiritual side of it. A coach is your number one champion; a professional who listens to you and really hears what you say (as well as what you might not be saying.) A coach remains clear about you and your goals, understands you, and helps you stay on track. All coaching is confidential and respectful. I envision a coach as that person who runs alongside your bicycle with you, supporting and guiding your takeoff. Coaches often have special niches, like career coaches, public speaking coaches, relationship coaches or fitness coaches. Tiger Woods has a coach, who gets paid rather handsomely, not to teach him to golf, but to help him keep his head on straight in the midst of all of the elation and transformation in his life. Anyone who is serious about making significant positive changes in their lives has a coach. Unless, of course, you have a few lifetimes to work out the bugs! Suzen, what's YOUR purpose as a coach? What I want for my clients is that they have lives of peace and integrity that reflect their highest values and dreams. This is my contribution to world peace and ecology--one person at a time. It's incredibly rewarding to me personally and spiritually. Really, my clients are my source of inspiration! Okay...how does coaching work? I work on the phone, like most coaches. My clients call me at appointed times and we discuss their lives and goals, then create action steps. Between calls they can e-mail me. Clients complete assessments, write things down, and create action steps to move them closer to their goals. I also conduct teleclasses, which are like workshops on the phone. A number of people can take part in them at one time. And I also do workshops in person and keynote addresses! How much does coaching cost? Fees range from $200 for On-the-Spot coaching to $350-$1000 per month. Fees are structured in several ways to make them workable for you. Teleclasses and workshops are priced individually. How do I get started? You can contact me and set up an appointment for an initial consultation at no charge. This gives us the opportunity to see if we are in harmony with each other. Then we can decide on a plan for your coaching that meets your needs time-wise and financially. I use assessment tools to help get a clear picture of where you are now and where we may want to put some focus. I ask clients to commit for a minimum of three months so that we have time to develop our relationship and get some goals accomplished.
